Medway Family Photographer / Welcome to the CIP Blog!

Hi friends!!! This post is a long time coming. As some of you might now I had a total website revamp and launched this brand new website earlier this year. One downside of creating a new website is that all of my old blogs did not transfer over, so that will be a big project for me this winter, haha.

So today, I am starting over! This is the first blog post on my new website so I figured I’d do a little introduction! I’m Corinne! I am a mother, wife, sister, friend, coffee lover, small business owner and I’ve perfected my chocolate chip cookie recipe. I started my photography business in 2018. Looking back I think what inspired me most was my own wedding photographer, Allie Reveley who owns Allie Dot Photo. Before meeting her and witnessing her amazing skill in person I hadn’t come into contact with too many women who owned their own business so I never really thought of ever becoming a business owner. It was something that felt out of reach for myself, until I met Allie!

My husband and I honeymooned in Italy and I of course brought my camera with me. It was so fun to travel and photograph our time there. I think it was on that trip that I really fell in love with creating art through photos. Fast forward to today and you can find me photographing families, weddings and small business owners in the MetroWest Boston area and beyond! My husband and I welcomed our daughter into the world in January of 2020 and it’s been a whirlwind ever since. I have much less free time than before becoming a mother, but I also have completely reprioritized my life in the best way. Since becoming a mother I have also noticed a much deeper appreciation for documenting life, especially with photographs. I plan on doing a whole separate blog post about that so I will save my thoughts for that post.

I plan to use this blog as a journal of sorts as well as a place to highlight sessions that I have done! I am excited that you are here and I hope you continue to follow along this blog!
